Holly Tam and the MGI Crew Case Study
The team that Henry Tam countless on the MGI project was obviously a disparate group with different skill units and viewpoints on the project. The goal of the project, to produce and market a piece of software designed to assist individuals better appreciate music and create that, began which has a small group. Ultimately, this project was a failing. The reasons for this failure will be difficult to establish, primarily as a result of complex connections of the different individuals as time passes. One way to contacts a few answers as to why this project did not succeed is to use the 5 Whys approach discussed in Systems Considering. As suggested in this method, the first question to ask with regard to Holly Tam and the MGI task is why that failed to attain its objectives? The initial answer to this appears to be that there was a lack of target in the project. Why was there this lack of concentrate?
